How do I return an item?

Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of each personalized order, all purchases placed are final sale. If the item you receive is not what you ordered, please contact customer support immediately. We will exchange the item with the correct specifications in the original order.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective, misspelled or shipped from us incorrectly will be replaced with the correct details of the original order.


Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to exchange ANY item back to our store if they are defective. Items returned to us AFTER 15 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
