GO Campaign improves the lives of orphans and vulnerable children around the world by partnering with local heroes to deliver local solutions. GO Campaign offers support and raises awareness about these small, highly-impactful organizations that might not otherwise come to your attention. By connecting donors to these grassroots projects, GO Campaign is able to transform communities, one child at a time.

We are proud to have a portion of proceeds from each sale of Lily Collins' Gratitude Collection benefit GO Campaign.

In 12 years, GO Campaign has worked with 138 Local Heroes in 34 different countries, improving the lives of 126,422 children — and counting. To learn more, check out their real results.

GO Campaign's partners develop programs to provide children and young adults with basic human needs such as shelter, food, clean water, education, medical care, vocational training, and income-generating activities. They believe that providing today's orphans and vulnerable children with these tools and opportunities to better their future is a critical part of the solution when it comes to fighting poverty. History has shown that the most effective way to fight poverty and make a difference in the lives of children is through small grants to grassroots organizations - and that's what GO Campaign does best.

After vetting their partners to make sure they meet their grant-making criteria, the most important thing GO does is LISTEN. GO never enters a community to tell them their school needs a library or their children need better food or cleaner water — GO lets them explain what they need, and they listen as communities explain the impact fulfilling that need will have. GO then brainstorms with them about the best way forward. People know best the needs of their community, and GO wants to help them achieve their dreams and goals. That's why the projects GO supports vary greatly - because the needs and priorities of children are different everywhere they GO.

Stepping Forward Los Angeles is one of the 13 local grassroots projects GO Campaign supports in Los Angeles.

Stepping Forward LA works with foster youth aging out of the foster care system, without getting adopted or returning to their biological families. SFLA program's support young adults (ages 14-25) as they navigate this transition into adulthood. SFLA teaches them basic life skills and connects them to the resources they need to reach their fullest potential.

The ultimate goal of Stepping Forward is to help young adults aging out of the foster care system to find a community where they have a sense of belonging, find their voice, hone in on interests, acquire personal skills and establish social skills necessary for a successful transition to adulthood — knowing that they are never alone on their journey.
